Savoy Suites Greater Noida

Overall attitude of the staff was very positive. They were always eager to help, and at times went out of their way to make our stay a more pleasant one. There was one person in particular - NITIN SHARMA - at reception/front desk, who was exceptional. I had situations with my overseas colleagues from Japan, which he accommodated in a seamless manner. Hope the management recognizes such exceptional talents.

The hotel management was very friendly. The hotel was neat and clean.

We had an amazing stay at Savoy Suites Gr. Noida. I actually got a room upgrade which was the cherry on top. The Suite was just wonderful !! Everything was on the finest side. The staff were very professional and their service was quick. Our phone wasn't working, I asked Mr. Nitin Sharma at the reception if he could do anything about it, in just 5 mins a technician was there to fix the problem. Nitin is a very kind, polite and helpful person who made our very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also very tasty and there were lots of different dishes and cuisines to choose from. I'll be definitely be staying here again when I visit Gr. Noida in future. 10/10 for everything !!

Staff courtesy, have to say they were prompt , proactive and resolved my concerns. They upgraded me to a suite without asking as they had availability. Still count as good gesture to me. Good quality food.

As am your regular guest so please as per your commitment last time for No extra charges added for my next trip as you added 500/- extra for only two hrs earlier check in so you promised me for no any extra charges added on my next trip. so please remind & do the same as per your commitment because am your permanent guest. otherwise property is awesome that’s why am choosing always Savoy Suits in Greater Noida stay.
